The product does not match the placed of the order, for example, if you order ” GATE Mechanical Engineering Study Material” and after delivery, you receive ” GATE Electrical Engineering Study Material”.In this case, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order after verification we will initiate a Return and refund for your order.
Order cancellation is valid until we dispatch the products ordered. We do not entertain cancellation requests after the product is shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.

Advanced COD payment: After the order is dispatched from the hub and if the order is not received by the buyer or the order is undelivered then the Advanced cod amount of Rs 60 will not be refunded to the buyer.
Prepaid Order Refund: Once the order is shipped from the hub if the Buyer does not receive the package or the order is undelivered by the courier partner then no refund will be provided to the buyer because the buyer paid the amount will balance Service cost and delivery cost ( Shipped+return)
