We at Toppersbooks work hard to provide the best quality products. If you face any issues with the Received product, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order. We entertain a request for a return and refund only for the below-mentioned cases:-
1. Product received is broken, and damaged.
2. The product does not match the specification specified during the placement of the order, for example, if you order ” GATE Mechanical Engineering Study Material” and after delivery, you receive ” GATE Electrical Engineering Study Material”.In this case, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order after verification we will initiate a Return and refund for your order.
In case of a return, shipping, marketing, operational, and damage deductions can be done before a refund.
Order cancellation is valid until we dispatch the products ordered. We do not entertain cancellation requests after the product is shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.

What the user is required to do: The user can initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product, once our courier partner collects the returned product user will receive the full refund. For prepaid orders, users will receive a refund amount directly to their paid payment method, and for cash On Delivery (COD) orders, users will receive an email with a payment gateway link from their user can fill in their bank details in which user want a refund.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds: We are accepting refunds under the following circumstances (a) The product received is broken, or damaged (b) The product does not match the specification specified during the placement of the order, for example, if you order ” GATE Mechanical Engineering Study Material” and after delivery, you receive ” GATE Electrical Engineering Study Material”.In this case, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order after verification we will initiate a Return and refund for your order.
The timeframe in which you accept returns: We are offering a complete refund within 3 days working.
When your user can expect a refund: Once our courier partner collects the returned product user will receive the refund within 3 to 4 working days.
Advanced COD payment: After the order is dispatched from the hub and if the order is not received by the buyer or the order is undelivered then the Advanced cod amount of Rs 60 will not be refunded to the buyer.
Prepaid Order Refund: Once the order is shipped from the hub if the Buyer does not receive the package or the order is undelivered by the courier partner then no refund will be provided to the buyer because the buyer paid the amount will balance Service cost and delivery cost ( Shipped+return)
